Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if it rains on the hire day?
All of our castles come with a rain cover. The bouncy castle is not to be used if it gets too wet, as it can be very dangerous. If it is very wet on your hire day you may cancel if you wish without charge. We reserve the right to do this also.

Do you charge for delivery?
No, We deliver free to Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.

Do you require a deposit?
No, we need no money up front.

What happens on the day?
We will deliver the castle to the address and time confirmed we would then inflate the castle and show you how to operate it safely.

How much room does the bouncy castle require?
As a rule you will need about 4 feet behind the castle, 2 foot either side and enough space at the front for the children to enter and exit the castle safely.

Can the castle go indoors?
Yes, however we need a roof height of at least 10ft for children's castles, and 13ft for adult castles.

Is there any age limits?
Yes, our castles have been designed for children up to the age of 11. (Except adult castles) If we find anybody over that age is or has been using the inflatable a safety test will be carried out at the cost of £50. The hirer will be held responsible and will be expected to pay for all costs and losses incurred If during that time we are unable to hire the unit out.

How many children can go on a castle at one time?
It depends on the size of the children! However, we would recommend a maximum of 6 children on a 12x12 castle at the same time. ADULT SUPERVISION is necessary.

Do you have insurance?
We have full public liability insurance covering accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failing or incorrect or unsafe installation. As the hirer, YOU are responsible for ensuring adult supervision of the inflatable at all times. Beware of companies that don’t have insurance, you should ask to see a copy of their saftey policy.
